Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the MY GLAM GUIDE network (Sarl Clive Vision).
Any natural or legal person placing a validated order with MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision) via our secure payment platform is considered a “Customer”.

Article 1 bis: Age Restriction

Age restrictions apply: MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision) only accepts customers aged 16 and over. Although the content of our products and services is not of an offensive nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any person subscribed to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database as soon as this fact comes to our attention.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a website belonging to MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision) implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (at the current French VAT rate of 20%), excluding shipping and order processing fees. Prices may be modified at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. Cards issued by banks located outside France must be international bank cards (Visa or Mastercard). American Express is not accepted. Secure online payments by credit card are processed via Stripe and PayPal. The transmitted information is encrypted using industry-standard software and cannot be read during transmission over the network.
Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and/or PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.
By choosing to pay in installments, you agree to make all scheduled payments on the dates specified at the time of registration. In the event of non-payment or abandonment of installment payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your training program. Payments already made will not be refunded in the event of subsequent non-payment or abandonment. In case of financial difficulties or exceptional circumstances affecting your ability to make payments, we encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss possible alternative solutions.

Article 5: Refund Policy

Each course, complete training program, or module offered by MY GLAM GUIDE is sold as a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. A refund may only be granted if this possibility is explicitly stated on the corresponding sales page.
In such cases, the applicable refund conditions, including the timeframe and eligibility requirements, will be clearly specified on the sales page and shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.
If a refund is available and granted, it will only apply provided that less than 10% of the training content has been viewed.

Article 6: Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We declare all our databases to the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberties (CNIL). By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you acknowledge that you have read our personal data protection policy and consent to the collection and use of your data. By entering your email address on one of our websites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers relating to products published by MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision) or its partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link located at the bottom of our emails, preceded by the mention: “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:”.

The Website and all elements composing it, including but not limited to programs, data, texts, images, sounds, drawings, graphics, etc., are the property of MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision) or are subject to a license granted for its benefit. Any copying, reproduction, representation, adaptation, or distribution, in whole or in part, of the Website, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is subject to the prior written consent of MY GLAM GUIDE (Sarl Clive Vision), subject to the exceptions provided for by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Users are authorized to view, download, and print documents and information under the following conditions:

Article 11: Access to the E-Learning Platform

Customers access the e-learning platform using login credentials provided by email at the time of registration.
The training is conducted asynchronously through pre-recorded videos that the learner may view at their own pace.
